Israel Affairs
Hi! My name is Rachel Fraade and I am the 2011-2012 Hanefesh Regional Israel Affairs Vice President. I love to run and read, and I spend my summers at Camp Ramah in New England. In 10th grade, I spent four incredible months studying in Israel with Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim (TRY) and fell completely in love with the land. I returned last February with the USY-run Chalutzim Seminar in Israel, a ten-day advocacy and culture seminar. I want to take the lessons I learned about advocacy and everyday life in Israel back to the region, making sure that everyone can understand and love Israel!
